Reservations & Payments
All bookings must be made through our official website, phone line, or authorized representatives.
A valid credit card is required to confirm reservations.
Payment must be completed before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are subject to change based on vehicle type, location, or special requests.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the total booking value.
No-shows are charged 100% of the fare.
For special events (weddings, corporate, prom), custom cancellation terms may apply.

Service Usage
Smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
Prime Limousine is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Lost items will be held for 30 days. Please contact our office for retrieval.

Any damage to vehicles caused by passengers will be billed to the booking party.
Prime Limousine holds no responsibility for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Our drivers reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger displaying unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
